| Description | Scope: The work to be performed consists of: Gravel Stop – Spud back gravel from gravel stop to smooth surface. Install two plies of fiberglass stripping with mopping of steep asphalt. Flood surface with steep asphalt and broadcast aggregate. Clean, refill and coat all pitch pans. Base flashing repair-Spud back gravel down to a smooth surface around all vent curbs. Install one layer of granulized modifier bitumen base flashing. Flood and re-rock around curbs. Supply all materials and labor to replace the 4,800 sq. ft. flat roof. All debris to be removed by vendor. |
