Description

Installation of a High efficiency Cat 4 natural Gas Boilers combo unit. The combo unit will need to be 100,000 BTU and the AFUE 95%. You will be removing the existing boiler and hot water tank. The boiler and DHW tank that will be replaced is for the first floor apartment located in the basement. Total sq ft for project not available at this time.
