| Description | The project consists of in general, demolition and removal of existing slate shingle roofing system to the existing wood plank deck. There are three existing roof ventilation cupola s which requires two to be removed and re-framed for new plywood roof deck and one remaining to be re-built and new roofing and siding installed. Many of the roof rafter tails are deteriorated and needs to have sistered rafter ends installed. The entire roof shall have a new plywood overlay installed with ice and water membrane and new three-tab asphalt shingle roofing system installed. Valley flashing shall be ice and water membrane with new aluminum flashing. The rafter ends shall have new PVC trim fascia board with aluminum drip edge. No work is intended within the building. |
