| Description | The Contractor shall be responsible for all required materials, equipment licensed personnel in their fields of expertise (i.e. electrical and HVAC), manage, administer, and supervise the project to meet the requirement. Contractor shall rent and commission four (4) 100 Ton Portable Cooling Towers with heat exchangers for water source heat pumps for 6 months to include safety items around the portable (I.E cable covers over the electrical and cones) necessary to set up and provide a portable cooling towers for buildings 905, 915, 916, and 929. The Contractor shall be responsible for loading, unloading, complete assembly, and complete disassembly of equipment to include all routine maintenance, on equipment provided, for the duration of the 6 months. |
