Construction Manager at Risk for the South-Western CSD - Segment 2 CMR #1 Facility Projects

CMR #1 will include building the New Brookpark Middle School and the New Finland Middle School and abate and demolish the existing Brookpark Middle School and Finland Middle School. CMR #1 Project Scope: 1. Build new Brookpark Middle School. The District is in the process of purchasing a property near the former Beulah Park site. - Co-funded building size is 112,813 SF - Projected enrollment: 801 students - Co-funded New Building budget: $27,653,811 - Total co-funded Specific Allowances budget is $794,789 (includes site safety, storm shelter, and emergency responder radio coverage system. The storm shelter allowance will be removed from the master plan via a project amendment after the initial project agreement is executed.) - Anticipated LFI scope to include: Additional square footage, metal roof, brick facade, new track/football field 2.
