Description | The building generally consists of a wood framed one story Type VB slab on grade construction of approximately 5,000 square feet Gross building area. The foundation system will be constructed of reinforced concrete walls and footings bearing on aggregate piers as part of a ground improvement system. The building will have a single membrane roof, painted cementitious siding and trim and aluminum framed windows. The building will be fully insulated. The building will be equipped with a wet fire suppression system and a fire detection system. It will have full interior illumination and electrical service outlets. The grounds around the building will be fully landscaped. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the AMORY CENTRAL STORES DEVELOPER LLC. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. Per Addendum 2: RFI deadline is being extended from January 13, 2023, to January 17, 2023 at 12:00 PM. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be forwarded to atyler@iconarch.com for general bids. |
