Description

Contract will be a general contract for the replacement of fifteen (15) HVAC split systems at building 900 in Plano Texas. At Building 900 there are (15) DX cooling/electric heat indoor units with associated roof mounted units to be replaced with DX cooling/electric heat indoor units with associated roof mounted units. Included in scope of work is connecting new equipment to existing HVAC control network, connecting to existing wall mounted sensors, and associated electrical/mechanical work as indicated in the construction documents. The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $300,000.
