Tree Trimming and Related Services - Roads and Drainage

Tree work shall take place between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. The County's Representative shall contact the Contractor requesting a site meeting for new proposed projects. Within two (2) business days of notification, the Contractor and the County's Representative shall conduct a joint inspection of the proposed work area(s) and discuss the scope of the work to be accomplished. The Contractor within two (2) business days after the meeting shall submit detailed written estimate(s) of work to be performed to include an estimated performance period for the work to be accomplished. Tree Removals/Stump Removals/Tree Root Grindings: The contractor shall have ten (10) business days from the date of joint inspections to complete work on written estimate unless otherwise approved by County Representative. Tree Elevations/Tree Pruning: The contractor shall have fifteen (15) business days from the date of joint inspections to complete work on written estimate unless otherwise approved by County Representative.
