Replacement of Corroded Domestic Hot Water (DHW) Piping in the Nursing Home

Belknap County seeks proposals from qualified vendors capable of providing services to remove and replace corroded DHW piping at the Nursing Home. Belknap County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any part thereof, to waive any formality in the process, and to accept the proposal considered to be in the best interest of the County. The County may cancel this proposal request at any time for any reason. Failure to submit all information called for may be sufficient grounds for disqualification. General Specifications: Isolate DHW tanks and piping and drain. Remove and dispose of corroded piping. Supply and install all piping and associated fittings, valves, unions, etc. to replace existing. Once all is installed, check for leaks before putting back into service. Install insulation on all piping and associated valves *All work to be done after hours, between the hours of 5 PM to 5 AM* DHW must be up and running by 6 AM Award After receipt of proposals, the County will evaluate the proposals. The Board of Commissioners will make a decision and all bidders will be notified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof in the best interest of the County.
