Description

The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg FL 33701. The facility shall remain in operation throughout the service. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The base period is 9 months from January 1, 2021 to SEP 30, 2021 Option year 1 October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022 Option year 2 October 01, 2022 to September 30, 2023 Option year 3 October 01, 2023 to September 30, 2024 Option year 4 October 01, 2024 to September 30, 2025
