Dogwood Manor Parking Lot Repair

Supply all materials, equipment, and labor to repair, seal, and re-stripe the parking lot at the CHA’s Dogwood Manor located at 959 Gateway Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37402. The single highrise building will remain occupied with residents and the successful contractor will be required to complete the work in phases as vehicles will continue to have to use the parking areas while work is performed. Usually there are sufficient additional parking spaces so current vehicles can be moved and parked in different areas for the phasing process The scope of work must include repair of existing cracks in pavement, proper cleaning of debris and removal of oil stains, priming as needed, etc. prior to applying two (2) coats of sealer and re-stripping the parking lot similarly as it currently exists.
