| Description | 1. Remove rotted sill and horizontal middle sash and replace them with Douglas Fir (Board Grade B & Better Select). Replacement pieces are to match the existing profiles. 2. Use exterior grade wood epoxy filler to repair the vertical molding members on each side of the window. 3. Use exterior grade wood epoxy filler to repair minor damage on horizontal members. 4. Prep, prime, and provide two finish coats of quality exterior paint to the whole window. 5. At the two (2) staircase windows, located on the West elevation of the building, next to the central door. Remove rotted sills and replace with Commercial Grade Douglas Fir. Replacement pieces are to match the existing profiles |
