Description

Contractor shall prepare existing sub-surface IAW manufacture’s installation instructions. Contractor shall replace drains and drainpipes from 1 foot below ceiling surface to the drain on the roof surface. Contractor shall ensure there are no gaps in insulation board joints exceeding ¼ inch in width.
