Jennie Rogers School

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. General: Renovation of one wing of the Jennie Rogers School Building into Childcare/Pre-K School, addition of a fire sprinkler system throughout the Building. In the remainder spaces of the building, portions of ceiling will be replaced as needed due to the new fire sprinkler system. 2. Exterior and Site: The exterior of the Childcare/Pre-K wing will have minor alterations where new doors are added and some wall infill due to interior renovations. The south side of the Childcare/Pre-K wing will be landscaped for a new playground, and the existing motor court to the east will be updated for the new use.
