Coroner's Office Refrigerator and Freezer Replacement

Provide all materials, equipment and work necessary to remove and replace existing Condenser Units and Evaporators, according to the Drawings and Specifications and including but not limited to the following: Two Condensing Units and two Unit Coolers serving Refrigerator 128; One Condensing Unit and one Unit Cooler serving Freezer 129. Isolate and disconnect all existing piping, power and controls; remove existing piping connections, heat exchangers and associated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing materials and equipment and replace with specified system. Reconnect piping, power and controls. Provide electrical devices as shown on drawings and as required. Re-pipe as indicated on the drawings and as required. Make all final connections; start-up and commission system operations provide training to owner’s personnel.
