Description

For Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Electric and Water Meter Replacement Services Each electronically submitted Proposal must be submitted in "pdf" format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for hard copy Proposals. In the event that an electronically submitted Proposal has a corrupted attachment, the Proposal may be considered null and void. The Greenwood Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Form of Proposal requirements bound in the Specifications. No Proposer may withdraw a Proposal for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of Proposals. The Greenwood Utilities Commission reserves the right, within the limitations of state law, to reject any or all Proposals received, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Proposals received, or to accept any Proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City. Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the Request for Proposals for ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE (AMI) ELECTRIC AND WATER METER REPLACEMENTS SERVICES.
