Emergency Road & Bridge Repair Fund Project

Structure No. SA0200000000151 The Board of Supervisors of Alcorn County, MS will receive bids for the construction of 0.066 miles Box Culvert and approaches to replace Structure No. SA0200000000151 on County Road 544. This project is funded by Mississippi Infrastructure Modernization Act of 2018's Emergency Road & Bridge Repair Fund. Project information is also available on the website of the Mississippi Office of State Aid Road Construction at website. The award, if made, will be made to the lowest qualified bidder on the basis of qualified quantities. The Board of Supervisors hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration of the award. Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by the Engineer of Record. Bidders are hereby notified that any proposal accompanied by letters qualifying in any manner the condition under which the proposal is tendered will be considered an irregular bid and such proposal will not be considered in making the award.
