Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Spanaway, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. Located in the Spanaway Service Basin in Council District 3, the project will construct approximately 3,900 linear feet of 8" sewer main to supporting approximately 190 acres of currently unsewered Urban Growth Area. The project is planned to be completed in 2023 and is funded through Sewer Division Fund 403. Project is included in the Pierce County's - Facilities Management FY 2022-2027 Budget CIP. As of July 6, 2022, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available. Funding is anticipated from 2022 to 2024.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
