The work under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in the contract documents. Quantities include but are not limited to approximately 1 UNIT doghouse manhole, 1 UNIT Type ‘A’ Inlet, 15 LF reinforced concrete pipe, 100 LF 4” HDPE underdrain, 2 UNIT inlet frame and grate replacements, 14 UNIT inlet curb piece replacements, 10 UNIT inlet reset, 10 LF belgian block curb, 1074 LF 6”x8”x18” concrete vertical curb, 372 SY concrete sidewalk 4” thick, 19 SY detectable warning surface, 40 SY preformed thermoplastic crosswalk, 10 SY bituminous driveway repair, 19,200 SY 2” pavement milling, 3,600 SY HMA pavement repairs, 1,000 LF crack sealing, 750 LF crack repair, 2,380 TON 2” HMA surface course 9.5M64, 210 variable thickness HMA leveling course 9.5M64, 6 UNIT rectangular rapid flashing beacon, pavement markings and striping, signage, and other incidental construction including restoration.
