Description | As of May 31 2023 this project has no awarded bidder. construction of the following items and the approximate quantities indicated: Quantity Item 1 LS Clearing and Grubbing 1,285 LF Silt Fence 200 CY Excavation Common 5,900 CY Mechanical Dredging 290 TN Base Aggregate Dense (1-1/4" & 3") 140 SY Cellular Confinement Matting 8,400 SY Site Restoration with Matting (4" Topsoil) 1 LS Temporary Construction Matting 1 LS Temporary Pier Removal and Reinstallation Bids shall be on the form provided for that purpose and according to the Bidding Requirements prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) dated August 2022. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office at the above address in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon payment of $50/Set. Checks should be made out to Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. No refunds will be provided. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, City Hall, 500 Genesee Street, Delafield, WI, 53018, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "Bid For Lake Nagawicka Dredging at the Bark River." No pre-Bid conference will be held. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors on the Project shall be required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The City of Delafield Common Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Delafield. |
