Description

The New Richmond Housing Authority provides affordable public housing to those individuals and families that qualify. Our Housing Authority owns, manages, and maintains 40 units for seniors, those with disabilities, and low-income families. Our apartment complex, Sunshine Courts, is located at 370 Odanah Avenue, New Richmond, Wisconsin. The New Richmond Housing Authority (NRHA) requests bids for a construction contract in the installation of aluminum soffits on our apartment complex located at 370 Odanah Avenue, New Richmond, Wisconsin. Any questions or request for site tours should be submitted to Rebecca Diessner, Executive Director, New Richmond Housing Authority at 715-246-2130 or newrichmondpha@gmail.com. - Obtain all required permits and pay all fees associated with this work. - Furnish and install aluminum vented soffit panels on two buildings in our apartment complex, units 1-40, located at 370 Odanah Avenue, New Richmond, Wisconsin. - New soffits should match color and design of existing soffits. Contractor will provide a sample of soffit to NRHA for approval. - Contractor will be responsible for removal and reinstalling any lighting fixtures affected by the renovation and/or hiring of an electrician. - Existing vent covers need to be re-moved prior to soffit installation and old soffits need to be cut out for ventilation. - Job site should be cleaned daily and maintained in a safe and orderly manner. - Contractor must submit signed weekly payroll reports (form WH-347) to the NRHA Director. Form WH-347 and instructions will be supplied by the NRHA Director upon request. - Work must be completed within 60 days of start date.
