Timpoochee Trail Extension

SCOPE OF WORK: This bid solicitation is for the procurement of approximately 222 linear feet of 13'-3" wide precast concrete boardwalk materials. The vendor will be required to supply precast concrete treads, precast concrete beams, precast concrete curbs, precast concrete caps, composite piles, rubber leveling pads, rubber gaskets, and all necessary hardware. No construction activities are required as part of this contract. Equivalent products to the system specified in the plan set will be considered by Walton County. Any Bidder interested in using an equivalent brand, must submit the product name and specifications to Purchasing no later than noon on July 18, 2022. The Project Engineer will then review and approve or reject the suggested equivalents, and bidders will be notified of those determinations via addendum. Last Date to Submit Questions Is July 18th, 2022, No Later Than 12:00 Noon. All Questions Are to Be Directed in Writing to the Purchasing Manager at Waljames@co.walton.fl.us. Directing Questions to Any Other Staff, Project Engineer and Any Other Person Is Prohibited and Will Result in Bid Being Disqualified. Questions Received After Such Date and Time Will Not Be Answered.
