Description

Bidder Minimum Qualifications As part of the determination to be considered responsive, the Bidder must document in its Bid that it satisfies the following Minimum Qualifications: 1.1.1 The Bidder shall have The Bidder shall have three (3) years of experience providing single and special trackwork direct fixation (DF) fasteners. As proof of meeting this requirement, the Bidder shall provide with its Bid three (3) references from the past five years able to attest to the Bidder's experience in providing timber railroad tie products. Background and Purpose The Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA or the Department) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the design, manufacturing, testing and delivery of special trackwork for the reconstruction of Baltimore Metro interlocking at Reisterstown Plaza East. Questions Due Date and Time Friday July 29, 2022 at 3:00 PM Local Time via email trussell@mdot.maryland.gov Contract Duration: 12 months base period with no option periods.
