Epoxy Based Resinous Flooring Installation

The Contractor shall replace existing flooring and install new Epoxy Based Resinous Flooring and shall be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates specified in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, supervision of work, insurance, bonds, travel and per diem, ensure all work is completed and every other expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, located at California State Prison Sacramento, 100 Prison Road, Represa, CA 95671. Letters of Inquiry 3:00 p.m. on October 18, 2023. The State's estimate for this Agreement is $250,100.00. Termination of Agreement 547 Calendar Days from Notice To Proceed The State's estimate for this Agreement is $250,100.00. Bidder's security of bid bond, cash, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of at least 10 percent of the base bid must accompany this proposal. If bid bond is used as security, it is to be executed on the appropriate form attached to this proposal. The bond must be executed by an admitted surety insurer.
