Solicitations and all information, notices and amendments w ill be posted . NOTE: Bid bonds are required for all future task orders over $150,000. FORMAL COMMUNICATION, OFFEROR EXPLANATIONS 1.6.1. Any explanation desired by an offeror regarding the meaning or interpretation of the solicitation, for proposals, drawings, specifications, etc. must be requested in writing and with sufficient time allowed for a reply to reach offerors before the submission of their offer. 1.6.2. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to address questions received after the deadline for questions with those offers deemed responsive and/or in the competitive range after closing. All questions and requests for information (RFI) must be received NOT LATER THAN 22 December 2022 and the answers will be posted to the solicitation page not later than 30 December 2022.
