Dickson Senior Center - Phase 2

Install a four (4) ton split gas unit in Phase 1, Space #16-A storage room. This unit will serve spaces #15 corridor; #16 Billiard/Pool Room; and #16-A storage room. The unit shall be connected to the existing ductwork in these spaces. A return air grill shall be placed in the storage room #16-A door. The condenser for the unit shall be placed on the roof. Electrical power for the unit shall be utilized from the closest electrical panel. The gas piping required for this appliance shall come from the nearest available (existing piping) and adequate source. The submitted price for this Addendum shall reflect all materials and labor to complete.Install R-19 batt insulation over all new acoustical ceiling systems in all rooms and areas receiving acoustical lay-in ceiling systems in Phase II. General construction including mechanical, plumbing and electrical construction for renovations to an existing building of approximately 6,000 square feet.
