Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, and Repair Services

The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, lubricants, tools, equipment and labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, and every other item of expense necessary to perform monthly Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services specified herein. Services shall be provided for the four (4) passenger elevators, and three (3) wheelchair conveyances for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) located at: California State Prison - Sacramento (CSP-SAC), 100 Prison Road, Represa, California 95671. This Agreement may not be amended to extend the term except where necessary to complete performance of the original agreement and not to provide for additional services. Letters of Inquiry June 30, 2023 Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services Upon Approval Termination of Agreement July 31, 2023 Bidder qualifications and licensing requirements are specified in Exhibit A and below. Unless otherwise stated, the bidder shall meet all qualifications and licensing requirements at the time of the bid opening. The Contractor shall possess and submit a valid copy of their California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) specialty C-11 Elevator Contractor License. The State is not required to award an Agreement and reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any immaterial deviations in the bid.
