Project has been awarded to McElhenney Construction LLC, in the amount of $923,215.54 BID DOCUMENT NO: 2022-S The Work will consist of Demolition of existing roadway and construction of an inverted crowned road, milling and resurfacing of existing roadway to match existing grade, demolition of existing landscape island and concrete ditch, construction of new concrete ditch, and various infrastructure improvements to match the design of the new roadway. The City may disqualify Bidders that have prior or existing litigation arising from allegations regarding the quality of work performed on any contract within the last five (5) years prior to the date of this Bid submission. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of the Contract Price Completion- (180) calendar days
