Construction Manager at Risk - Renovate Diagnostic Imaging Area A - Main Building - Floor 3

Renovation of approximately 18,636 square feet of an existing Diagnostic Imaging Clinic including waiting room, CT procedure rooms, Radiographic Fluoroscopy procedure rooms and support areas. Support areas include but are not limited to a staff break room, dressing room suite, widening of adjacent corridor, and interior finish upgrades of the public elevator lobby. A new corridor connection to an active clinic and select renovation spaces within the clinic are also included. Renovation within the active clinic includes five assessment rooms, two reading rooms, one exam room, one office and staff break room. Goals : HUB(21%)
