Description | As of 6/5/2023, this project is on hold. Project consists of multiple additions and renovation, including but not necessarily limited to renovation and expansion of the administration offices, addition of a daycare and pre- school classroom building, addition of four classrooms, addition of lockerrooms and weight room, addition of activities entrance with concessions, addition of fire suppression and electrical improvements throughout the existing facility, and replacement of bleachers in the gym. The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Construction of walls, floors, roofs, structural systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, interior and exterior finishes and associated site work for the addition at Heartland Community School building. All questions, inquiries, or requests for clarification or site inspection should be submitted in writing to Tim Ripp, AIA, at tim.ripp@clarkenersen.com. Architect will provide responses to bidders’ questions, including any questions arising from a pre-bid conference or site inspection, if any, by Addendum. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The winning bid shall be announced by the Board of Education at a meeting to be held on June 12, 2023, or at such other meeting determined by the Board. The District reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or 8 investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the District that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the plans or specifications and to complete the work contemplated therein. |
