Anaheim Convention Center Water Features Maintenance and Repair Services

All questions regarding this RFB must be submitted online no later than 2:00 PM on January 30, 2023. Answers to questions will be posted online for all interested bidders to review. Bidders who have downloaded bid documents by the time that the questions are responded to will receive an automated email notifying them of additional information and/or addendums that have been posted to the Portal. Bid Bond to be valued at 10% of bid amount. Each bidder must submit such a bond to be considered for award. City of Anaheim (City) which owns and operates the Anaheim Convention Center (ACC) desires the services of a qualified professional contractor to provide as-needed repairs and water features maintenance services throughout the ACC (See Scope of Work section for detail). All work must be done per these specifications, according to all applicable and acceptable industry standards, of the highest quality workmanship commensurate with the required work, and completed by the time required.Contractor and any subcontractors must be registered and qualified by California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) in order to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal for, or engage in performance of this contract for a public work; and comply with all DIR requirements related to such registration and qualification to work on public works.
