| Description | The services required are 12 treatments annually, 6 treatments for the turf areas and 6 treatments for the trees, palms, plants and shrubs. a) Maintenance Areas for Old Canoe Creek Road: Entire right of way of Old Canoe Creek Road from 600 north of Neptune Road, south approximately 11,000 ft.to the end of the curbing just east of Kissimmee Park Road. This will also include the 2500 ft of improved roadway of Neptune Road from Sergeant Graham Drive east to Hancock Circle and the entire right of way of the 1700 ft of improved roadway of Kissimmee Park Road over the turnpike overpass to the end of the curbing, this will include the slopes and all landscaping. There are also (4) four retention ponds, The first pond is east of Kissimmee Park Road, the second pond is west of Kissimmee Park Road the third pond is south of Sawyer Apartments and the forth pond is behind Pinch A Penny on Neptune Road. b) Maintenance Areas for Neptune Road: Entire right of way of Neptune Road from the west end of the bridge deck located 975 feet west of Westchester Drive, east approximately 13,000 feet to the end of c urbing located east of Partin Settlement Road, approximately 535 feet west of Stroupe Road. There are three (3) retention ponds located on Neptune Road. The first pond is east of Shawnda Lane, the second pond is west of Fowler Boulevard, the third pond is across the road from pond #2 and located between Neptune Road and the old Neptune Frontage Roadway this pond has a large amount of landscaping and trees. Term of Agreement: An agreement may be awarded for a three (3) year term to begin upon approval and execution by the County; with the opportunity for additional one (1) or two (2) year renewal periods when in the best interest of the County.
