Description

The City of Manchester, NH Trustees of Trust Funds (the City or Manchester) is considering the procurement of a qualified bank or financial institution to provide institutional custodial services. Qualified respondents will have established experience servicing public trust funds. The combined Manchester accounts are valued at approximately $57 million and are currently comprised of 4 accounts holding mutual funds and separately managed bond portfolios. Proposals shall be signed by an official with power to bind the proposer, and it shall contain a statement that the proposal is firm through. Proposals will not be accepted after the closing date and time. The City of Manchester reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any parts thereof, and to waive any formalities in the submission of proposals if it is deemed in the best interests of the City to do so. Any content of this proposal request that requires explanation or interpretation must be requested in writing before 5:00 PM EST on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. All questions are to be emailed to finance@manchesternh.gov with the subject line RFP Questions - TTF. All questions will be responded to in the form of written addenda and posted on the Citys website on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. It is the respondents responsibility to check the citys website for the addenda.
