Patton Crossing Phase 2 Roadway Improvements and cast in place retaining wall

The Project consists of: Construction of 1,150 linear feet of cast-in-place retaining walls adjacent to the south side of North Atherton Street. Work includes concrete footings, walls, stairs, handrails, backfill, and cable guide rail above the wall. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within Portal. The Contract is a prevailing wage rate contract. The contract shall be subject to the provisions, duties, obligations, remedies, and penalties of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. 981, as amended, 43 P.S. Section 165-1 et seq. A copy of the prevailing wage determination is included in the bidding documents. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to Patton Township in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. Patton Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive bidding informalities. Bids will become subject to public disclosure as required by the Pennsylvania Right to Know law. Bids shall remain valid for sixty (60) days.
