Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Newport, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway. The Newport School District is requesting proposals for an asphalt paving project. The contractor will provide services per the District's and per United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines.
