Description

Annual Service Contract for Freezers, Refrigerators, and ULT Freezers - Minimum service requirements: Certified technician available twenty-four hours daily; weekends and holidays included. Priority scheduling, minimum of 48 hour response required. Unlimited phone and e-mail support. Loaner units for in-shop repairs. Two preventive maintenance inspections with calibration for each piece of equipment to be performed within the POP dates. Coverage will include all labor and replacement parts. Not to include UV bulbs or filters.
