Cobb and Lions Park Playgrounds - Design and Installation

To replace an existing play structure at Lions Park and an existing play structures and pavilion structure located at Cobb Park. Lions Park is located on Superior Street across from the municipal Tennis Courts and Animal Shelter (approximately 15500 Superior Street). Cobb Park is located at the corner of Superior Street and Trenton Road. The proposal is to include all installation and playground equipment with appropriate engineered wood fiber surfacing. The proposed pavilion structure for Cobb Park is to be 20’ by 24’ in minimum size and consists of steel framing with metal ribbed roof and to include all footings and concrete slab installation. The City is seeking proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified recreation equipment design/build firm or team (Contractor) to produce a conceptual design, final design and construction documents and construction of a non-supervised public park.
