Description

The improvements consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to replace or repair cantilever and overhead sign structures. Follow other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans, and as directed by the Engineer. E-MAIL QUESTIONS TO; dot-ask@delaware.gov Questions regarding this project are to be e-mailed to the above address no less than six business days prior to the bid opening date in order to receive a posted response 10% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for the overall contract, not each work order. CONTRACT AWARD: The Department intends to award to a single bidder, with the award based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s). CONTRACT DURATION: This is a 1,095 Calendar Day contract. Extensions of contract time due to weather are specified in the Standard Specifications Section 108.7F, weather days. The Department's intent is to issue a Notice to Proceed for work to start on or about March 6, 2023. IDIQ CONTRACT: This is an 'Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity' (IDIQ) contract utilizing both state and federal funds in accordance with 29 Del.C. 6970 and 23 CFR 635 Subpart F
