Description

Potter County Commissioners Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Multiyear contracts are subject to appropriation by the Commissioners Court. The Commissioners Court reserves the right to award by lump sum discount, to make exception(s) to the bid specifications, and to waive formalities and technicalities for the best interest of Potter County. The Potter County Auditor will process payments after notification of satisfactory receipt of items/services.
