The principal items of work under this contract are: - 150 TONS Hot Mix Asphalt (9.5 mm) - 565 TONS Crush Stone - 300 C.Y. Excess Excavation - 1 L.S. Remove and Replace Lighting System - 460 L.F. 120" Type II, Chain Link Fence, Class II The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids The Notice and Instruction to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contractor, Plans and Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents are on file and open to public inspection All bids submitted in excess of $50,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance, or related work, on public projects must comply with Section 31-3-21, Mississippi Code of 1972, must have a "Certificate of Responsibility" license. Where applicable, the foregoing certificate number and license number must be indicated on the exterior of the sealed bid envelope before it can be opened.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
