For Harvest Meadows Phase 5 - Detention Trails Landscape and Hardscape The project is located in the ETJ of the Town of Northlake, Texas, along the South side of Old Justin Road and West of Cleveland-Gibbs Road. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.3 miles and turn right onto Cleveland-Gibbs, heading north. This projectscope is +-610,000 square feet (14 acres) of Landscape, +-10,000 square feet of concrete flatwork, and Irrigation scope for the landscaped areas. First Mobilization for this project is October 2022. Wildflower mix to be installed in May 2023 and again in September 2023. Add remobilization dates as needed.
