Description

The VA Medical Center Central Western Massachusetts in Leeds, MA has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide professional Architect/Engineer (A/E) Design Services to Renovate Building 14 for Logistic Expansion. Develop complete drawings, specifications, cost estimates, project phasing, site visits, and construction period administration associated with renovating and modernizing the approximately 11,916 SF, current logistics building. Building 14 will house the Logistics Department employees and supplies at the Central Western Massachusetts Veterans Affairs Medical Center, within the constraints of the construction budget consistent with the Veterans Affairs (VA s) project team goals as prioritized during project meetings and field surveys
