Approx. 15 Full Lead Water Service Replacement, Long Side, from main to residential water meter inside the house including flushing the newly installed system; Approx. 15 Full Lead Water Service Replacement, Short Side, from main to residential water meter inside the house including flushing the newly installed system; Approx. 5 Partial Lead Water Service Replacement, Long Side, from main to curb stop; Approx. 5 Partial Lead Water Service Replacement, Short Side, from main to curb stop; Approx. 10 Partial Lead Water Service Replacement from curb stopto residential water meter inside the house including flushing the newly installed system; If necessary, City will provide water meter; Removal and replacement of approx. 50 curb stop, 1-inch valve; Removal and replacement of approx. 1,250 Sft of concrete sidewalk; Removal and replacement of approx. 150 Syd of 6-inch concrete driveway; Removal and replacement of approx. 750 Syd of 8-inch concrete pavement; Provideaprice to substitute the 8-inch concrete with 6-inch HMA; Provide a price to substitute the 1” k Copperservice with 1” polyethylene service; If necessary, repair approx. 10 Sprinkler pipe, head,elec, etc. (item is perlot); Traffic Maintenance and Control, restoration, clean-up, and related work.
