CDBG FY 2020 Handicap Accessible Improvements at Various Street Corners and Handicap Accessible Sidewalk Installations Along Taylor Avenue (Between Delaware Avenue and Seagull Lane)

The Base Bid shall include the following locations: * Taylor Avenue between Delaware Avenue and Seagull Lane * Bay Avenue between 5th Street and 6th Street * North East Corner of Bay Avenue and 8th Street The Base Bid shall include, but be limited to the following work, removal and disposal of existing curb, sidewalk, asphalt, grass and dirt to install new improvements, installation of 44 linear feet of new concrete curb, 169 Square Yards of new concrete sidewalk, 8 Square Yards of paver sidewalk restoration, new detectable warning surface on handicap ramps, new parking lot striping/signage, and all site restoration required. The Alternate Bid shall include the following locations: * South East corner of Bay Avenue and Centre Street * North East corner of Bay Avenue and 11th Street * South West corner of Bay Avenue and 12th Street * North East corner of Bay Avenue and 12th Street The Alternate Bid shall include, but not be limited to the following work, removal and disposal of existing curb, sidewalk, asphalt, inlet, grass and dirt required to install new improvements, install new Type A inlet with fence and grate, 98 linear feet of concrete curb, 58 Square Yards of concrete sidewalk, new detectable warning mat and all site restoration
