Peru State College - Indoor Recreation Complex

Construction of an 84,000 GSF dome (air-supported structure) for indoor recreation activities and varsity teams practice space, along with a new 5,500 GSF adjoining support facility to include restrooms. These facilities will be built immediately north of the existing Oak Bowl Stadium. A smaller dome structure of 6,300 GSF will be built at the site of the Baseball/Softball complex for indoor batting practice activities and will be connected to a new 7,900 GSF ballfields amenities building. The combination of these proposed newly con-structed facilities total approximately 104,500 square feet. As of April 14, 2023, a construction manager has been awarded and bid packages have begun.
