RFQ Engineering - Route 1 Pavement Reconstruction, Upgrade Pedestrian Facilities, and Upgrade Signals

The Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission is requesting services of consulting engineering firms to perform the described professional services for multiple projects as shown on the attached list. Proposers can submit for any number of the project packages or all of the project packages with one letter of interest. Clearly indicate what project packages your letter of interest represents on the required Cover Sheet. The projects can be awarded to any number of proposers or one proposer. Please reference the Cover Sheet for the list of projects and description of work. DBE firms must be certified by the Missouri Department of Transportation in order to be counted as participation towards an established DBE Goal. We encourage DBE firms to submit letters of interest as prime consultants for any projects they feel can be managed by their firm. We also encourage both DBE firms and non-DBE firms to consider joining MoDOT's Mentor/Protege program whenever possible as part of a MoDOT project. We will utilize the consultant information already on file so we will not need a lengthy submittal of other general company information. Firms that are not current on all of the required prequalification categories found in MoDOTs Approved Consultant Prequalification List at the date of the solicitation expiration will be considered non-responsive. Interviews/presentations will not be required for the consultant selections. Additional information files are located on the MoDOT solicitation website.
