JACKSONVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Maintenance and FAA Facilities Demolition Project This project includes: Demolition of 11 different facilities of various construction materials. Removal of asbestos material and lead based paint. Utilities to facilities will be cut and capped. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Contract Bonding shall also be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in bidding. The Authority has determined that NO SBE participation goals will be prescribed for this project. As a good corporate citizen JAA fully supports the usage of SBE/DBE on JAA projects. We encourage our business partners to maximize the utilization of SBE/DBEs at every opportunity. Complete sets of drawings and specifications may be acquired from Michael Baker International through file transfer, after 3:00 p.m., March 9, 2023.
