Description | For Anti-Ligature Hardware Installation Phases 1 and 2 Firms pre-registered prior to this date and time will be provided with the link to join the meeting via the Microsoft Teams App. Shipping via Fedex is not available, UPS or USPS only. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 17:13, this project has been designated as a Small Business Set-Aside Opportunity This contract includes a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to subcontractors. The firm determined to be the lowest responsible bidder must produce copies of approval notice from the Division of Revenue and Enterprises Services designating the subcontracting firm as a Small Business Enterprise prior to the award of contract.
