Description

The Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks are requesting the services of qualified contractors to develop an 18.85-acre parcel that is directly adjacent to the current Deer Park that is located at 637 Deer Park Road, Westminster, MD 21157. This project includes; SWM/SEC, cut/fill operations, paved roads/trails/parking, landscaping and two playfields as well as other amenities shown on the drawings. Please see approved drawings included with this bid package for details. Contractors shall verify all dimensions in the field before bidding.
