1.0 Introduction The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) is seeking to procure services to paint The Village, Scholarship Hall, and The Duplex. 2.0 Specifications The Village, consists of 9 buildings, all the same floorplans. Paint all bedrooms same existing color. This includes cabinets, walls, trim, bathrooms, ceilings, back stairwells, closets, and doors. Foyer, front stairwell, hallways, and upstairs lounge may change colors. Colors will be chosen from samples given to house managers. Scholarship Hall, 1 building. Paint all bedrooms same existing color. This includes cabinets, walls, trim, bathrooms, ceilings, stairwells, closets, hallways, and doors. Duplex, 1 building. Paint all bedrooms same existing color. This includes cabinets, walls, trim, bathrooms, ceilings, stairwells, closets, hallways, and doors. Also includes lounge area. Floorplans for Scholarship Hall (Attachment A), The Duplex (Attachment B), and one building of the The Village (Attachment C) are included. Additional floorplans are available upon request. Walkthroughs also available upon request by contact Rodger Jackson at 601-266-5403. The University will supply all paint and caulking. The contractor will provide labor, tools, equipment, etc. to complete this job. Then provide one (1) comprehensive quote that includes all buildings. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name "BID #23-27 USM Village Painting Services," the name of the Vendor, and the opening date specified on the coversheet.
